Our Terms and Conditions vary from product to product. The reason for the same is that there are a number of Herbs that have different shelf lives, different price ranges (Some Herbs cost more than 10,000 USD per kg in the International Market), different export import regulations etc. That is why we ask our customers to provide us with their requirements, so that we can provide them with the specific Terms and Conditions of purchase and sell.
Payment Modes
We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, Cheque, Cash, Demand Draft and Local cheques. You can deposit the payment directly in our back account as well. Kindly contact us via email at info@landofherbs.com for more Information.
Overseas payments are accepted in USD (US Dollars) in most of the cases. You can specify your mode of Payment otherwise and we will let you know if it could be accepted at our end or not.
Minimum Delivery Quantity and Areas of Delivery
We export and import our Herbs through various agents and contacts around the world. Minimum Delivery Quantity is based on the price, availability and other Terms and Conditions communicated to the customer at the time of placing order. We will notify you, whether we would be able to meet your requirements or not. We deliver around the world through various shipping means. We will process your order as quickly as we can. Herbs are dispatched from Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) to avoid them being held in transit over the weekend. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Our customer care representative will notify you about the maximum delivery time for an Item. Taxes/Duties and Other Charges
We will notify you of all the charges that need to be paid by the customer including if any. For example; Taxes, Freight Charges, Handling Charges, Packaging Charges, Duties and Other Charges. We will not charge any other amount under any circumstances which is not notified to you in our communication through mail.
